Robert Cole is a specialist in the management, marketing, sale and re-positioning of institutional assets. He joined the Midwest division of Paragon Group, responsible for the Lexington division in 1990 and has specialized in the restructuring disposition of office, retail, and industrial assignments. In 1995, Mr. Cole was promoted to Vice President for the East Region of Paragon Group Property Services, Inc. In July of 1996, Insignia Commercial Group, Inc. purchased Paragon Group's commercial division, and Mr. Cole was promoted to Regional Director responsible for Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. In July 1997, Mr. Cole purchased Insignia's Lexington holdings and established Coleman Group. Mr. Cole is President and Managing Partner in Coleman Group Property Services. Coleman Group currently has in excess of $100,000,000 of Real Estate under management.
