HomeServices of Kentucky Inc at One Hamburg

7/1/2014–At One Hamburg, located at 1792 Alysheba Way in Lexington, HomeServices of Kentucky leased a 1,192 square foot, second floor suite on a long-term basis.  Bo Lanter represented the landlord and Richard Sim of Berkshire Hathaway  represented the tenant in this transaction.  This will be a satellite office for the Berkshire Hathaway company.
