Coleman Group takes on Kentucky League of Cities Building Leasing and Management

Lexington, KY — Coleman Group Commercial Real Estate and Management has been awarded the management and leasing contract for the Kentucky League of Cities Building, located at 100 East Vine Street. Kentucky League of Cities has been a part of the downtown Lexington cityscape for many years. This 77,246 square foot office building currently houses tenants such as Community Trust and Investment Company, Newcities Institute, Inc., and Bluegrass Tomorrow among several others.

Coleman Group, established in 1996, is a local, independently owned real estate company that provides management and leasing services to multiple retail, office, and industrial properties throughout central Kentucky. Coleman Group is considered a leader in commercial management and leasing handling over 1,249,234 square feet of commercial space in 18 central Kentucky properties.

Coleman Group has substantial experience with Central Business District (CBD) office towers, having been awarded the leasing and management assignments for 300 West Vine Street (Central Bank) and 301 East Main Street (PNC Tower). Currently, Coleman group manages 110 West Vine Street (First Federal Bank Building), 333 West Vine Street (Bluegrass Corporate Center), and 260 West Vine Street (U.S. Attorneys Building).
