Agent Activity-Second Quarter 2014

7/9/2014–Success from Coleman Group Agents in the second quarter 2014

The second quarter of 2014 brought on several high square footage leasing transactions and the redevelopment of University Shopping Center.  At One Hamburg, located at 1792 Alysheba Way in Lexington, HomeServices of Kentucky leased a 1,192 square foot, second floor suite n a long-term basis.  Bo Lanter represented the landlord and Richard Sim’s of Berkshire Hathaway represented the tenant in this transaction.  Also taking space on One Hamburg’s second floor was Family Financial Partners, a financial planning and wealth management company.  Their new suite contains 3,473 square feet, and they were represented by Isa Mashni as well with Bo Lanter, again, representing the Landlord.

The most exciting news of the second quarter 2014 was Coleman Group’s securing the property management and leasing assignment of PNC Tower at 301 East Main Street in Lexington.  Isa Mashni is the listing agent for this property and David Flynn is the property manager.  PNC Tower is a twelve-story, 122,987 square foot office tower.  Available suites range in size from 857 square feet to 21,018 square feet.  Tenants of this building enjoy a wide range of amenities from an attached garage to spectacular views of downtown Lexington.  To view a video slide show of this beautiful piece of commercial real estate, click here.  Contact Isa Mashni if your are interested in leasing space.  You can find his direct contact  information, Coleman Group began redevelopment of University Shopping Center late in the first quarter of 2014.  The aim of the project is to create a new store front options for nearly 23,000 square feet of space in this mixed use property.  The new facades are already in place, and the 22,948 square foot suite interior can be subdivided to as little as 5,000 square feet.  The rental rate for this newly available option is $10.00-$14.00 per square foot.  For leasing information on this property, contact either Vickey Strunk and Isa Mashni
