Coleman Group Brokers $6.6 Million Sale of Hamburg Office Building

Lexington, KY — Bob Cole, principal broker at Coleman Group Commercial Real Estate and Property Management, represented the seller of 1792 Alysheba Way in Lexington’s Hamburg Development. Coleman Group has held the leasing assignment for this building since 2008.  The purchaser was Gavcon Properties No. 1792, a Florida based private equity investor. The three-story, 74,187 square foot building sold for $6.6 million and is 94.12% leased. Its tenants include Metropolitan Life, Progressive Casualty Insurance Company, Anthem Health Plans of Kentucky, and Laura’s Lean Beef. Coleman Group will undertake the management of this building for its new owner.
