Sydney Momeyer currently serves as a Property Manager at Coleman Group, a position she began during the COVID-19 shutdowns in 2020. In her role, she oversees a range of properties in Lexington, including several prominent downtown office buildings such as the United States Attorney’s Building, 710 E. Main Street, 249 E. Main Street, and 110 West Vine Street. She also co-manages the Lansdowne Shopping Center in central Lexington and helps oversee operations of Coleman Group’s sister company, Your Smart Office Solutions.

Sydney graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, which has been instrumental in shaping her approach to property management. Her time in journalism taught her how to assess situations critically, manage detailed information, and communicate effectively. She now applies these skills to resolving tenant issues, coordinating with service providers, and managing property documentation. She also supports various in-house operations, collaborating closely with colleagues to manage a diverse range of functions and responsibilities within the team.

Sydney’s blend of persistence and determination is evident in how she approaches challenges—she is ready to tackle even the toughest obstacles and provide swift resolutions to problems.
