Robert Cole (Bob) is a specialist in the management, marketing, sale and re-positioning of institutional assets. He joined the Midwest division of Paragon Group, responsible for the Lexington division in 1990 and has specialized in the restructuring disposition of office, retail, and industrial assignments.

In 1995, Mr. Cole was promoted to Vice President for the East Region of Paragon Group Property Services, Inc. In July of 1996, Insignia Commercial Group, Inc. purchased Paragon Group’s commercial division, and Mr. Cole was promoted to Regional Director responsible for Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. In July 1997, Mr. Cole purchased Insignia’s Lexington holdings and established Coleman Group. Mr. Cole is President and Managing Partner in Coleman Group Property Services. Coleman Group currently has in excess of $100,000,000 of Real Estate under management.

As President and principal broker of Coleman Group, Bob oversees the daily operations of his team made up of property managers, maintenance personnel, accountants, and commercial agents/brokers. Coleman Group has grown their portfolio of managed properties. Both third party affiliations and assignments from Bob’s syndication of real-estate assets, like 249 East Main, 110 West Vine, 710 East Main and University Shopping Center. Bob has been awarded the prestigious Power Broker award on multiple occasions. A member of the commercial property association of Lexington for over 30 years. Bob is considered by his peers as a specialist in the Commercial Office sector.
