Renewals & Expansions from Executive Vice President Isa Mashni

• ARCORP, a tenant of the Bluegrass Corporate Center brought by Isa Mashni, expanded their 3,84 SF to 7,643 SF and extended their lease term. 
• Kloiber Foundation, a tenant of the Bluegrass Corporate Center brought by Isa Mashni, renewed their lease. 
• Lexington Real Estate Company, which occupies 9,217 SF at the Bluegrass Corporate Center, renewed their lease. 
• Under the leasing management of Isa Mashni, Bluegrass Corporate Center has increased occupancy levels from 62% to 81%.  Coleman Group and building owner, Madison Capital Management, LLC are excited abut the success that Isa Mashni has had representing such a  quality downtown Lexington property. only a few spaces remain available.  Mr. Mashni is now also the exclusive representative for One and Two Paragon Centre, Coleman Group’s signature listings. New Leases from Executive Vice President Isa Mashni

• At 287 Southland Drive, Mr. Mashni represented both the tenant and the landlord in leasing the 5,900 square foot building. 

Sales and New Leases from Vickey Strunk

• At the end of December 2013, Ms. Strunk represented both Tenant, Cricket,  and Landlord in a long-term lease transaction for 980 SF at Richmond Mall.
• Ms. Strunk acted as Landlord Representative and Tenant Representative for Bargain Hunt in entering a long-term lease agreement for 24,180 SF at Richmond Mall at the end of January.
• Ms. Strunk represented the buyer who is newcomer to Lexington in the purchase of a 2,400 SF townhouse.
• Vickey Strunk also acted as Landlord Rep and Tenant Rep for Minuteman Press for a long-term lease agreement for 1,250 SF at 202 Wayne Drive.
