HOW WE STARTED
My wife and I started Coleman Group with very little—just crumbs, really. We had a new baby boy, a mortgage, car payments, and mouths to feed. She is my rock, and this year we celebrated our 38th anniversary. With her unwavering support, Coleman Group has now celebrated 27 years in business.

Coleman Group was established as a boutique commercial brokerage and property management company, with a specialized focus on Central Kentucky. We believed that being a big fish in a small pond would allow us to make a more significant impact. Our expertise is centered on three core asset classes: Office, Industrial, and Retail Properties.
