Three New Tenants at PNC Tower in Downtown Lexington

Coleman Group’s Isa Mashni has seen great success at PNC Tower over the first quarter of 2015.  The 12-story office tower located at 301 East Main Street  welcomes its newest tenants the offices for attorney Scott Crosbie, the offices for Attorney Edward Cooley,  and the World Trade Center Kentucky offices.   Attorney Scott Crosbie has leased 2,383 square feet on the 7th floor.   The World Trade Center KY office, formerly housed at 101 East Vine Street, now occupies  1,252 square feet in suite 110.  Attorney Edward Cooley has leased a sixth-floor suite containing 3,043 square feet.   Isa Mashni was the sole broker in the transactions for Attorney Crosbie and Attorney Cooley.  Clay Angelucci of Block + Lot Real Estate represented the World Trade Center Ky in their lease.  There remains 35,011 square feet available at PNC Tower.  Call Isa Mashni to schedule a tour at 859-255-8855.
