301 East Main Street Under New Management

Lexington, KY — Coleman Group Commercial Real Estate and Management Company has been awarded the management and leasing contract for the office tower located at 301 East Main Street known as PNC Tower. Coleman Group secured the assignment in part due to its successful repositioning and lease up of 333 West Vine Street known as Bluegrass Corporate Center, which was sold earlier this year. PNC Tower is home to high profile tenants like PNC Bank, Kinkead & Stilz PLLC, and Decamp & Talbot. Coleman Group’s Executive Vice President Isa Mashni will undertake the leasing at the PNC Tower.
